A visit to the Wakehurst Botanic Gardens takes the Pathfinder to a wild botanic garden in West Sussex that has over 500 acres of beautiful ornamental gardens, woodlands and a nature reserve. Wakehurst is also home to the Millennium Seed Bank, the largest wild seed conservation project in the world.
The Pathfinder will be able to understand how the Old Testament sanctuary was constructed, what each part represented including the clothing of the priests. They may even be able to build their own model of the sanctuary!
